How much is my shipping cost?

CuddlDuds.com offers Free Standard Shipping on all US orders of $75.00 or more before taxes and shipping. Standard shipping on all orders less than $75.00 before taxes and shipping is $8.00.  Note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.

You may upgrade to Express Shipping (estimated 3-day delivery) for $15.00, or to Priority Shipping (estimated 2-day delivery) for $20.00 at checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing, in addition to the delivery time. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET or on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Expedited shipping is available only to shipping addresses within the contiguous United States.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

When your order ships from our warehouse you should receive a Shipment Notification via email that includes a tracking number to the email address you provided. If you have not received this email and believe your order should have shipped, click the MY ACCOUNT link at the top right-hand side of our website. Here you can view the status of any orders you have placed. Click on REVIEW ORDERS/TRACK PACKAGES. Next to each of your orders will be listed its current status; ‘processing’ orders have not yet shipped, 'shipped' orders have left the shipping center and you may track their location directly through the shipping carrier.

When will my order ship?

Once your order is placed, please allow 24-48 hours for order processing before your order is shipped. Orders placed Friday – Sunday and on holidays, will not be processed until the following business day. You will receive a Confirmation of Shipment email from us to the address you provided during checkout.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to United States addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

We also now ship to Canada. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional postage, applicable taxes and customs fees.

Shipping to Canada eligible for orders over $75.00

We do not ship, bill, or process international orders, other than to Canada, at this time.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes- we currently ship, bill, and process orders to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship to Military Addresses? (APO/DPO/FPO)?

Yes, but any order being shipped to an APO/DPO/FPO address must be made via telephone. Please call Customer Service at 1.866.202.5445, Monday to Friday from 8AM-5PM CST, for assistance placing & shipping your order.
